The Risks of Scaling a Company
At the beginning, this was more of like a side hobby for me and Zach and Robert where we were just going in and buying deals on the side to kind of build up our passive income. So I quit my day job Zach quit his day job and we essentially wanted to rise 40 together in 2021. We bought 16 deals that year we bought 16 and the second year in 2022. And then in 2023 we've sold 11 to date so far so our oldest deal we own is from June 2021So it's a risk that we knew we were taking but we never imagined to grow so quickly. But now as we're growing and building out the infrastructure, we have the right pieces in place
