What Is the Purpose of Super?
I think that the people that were playing by the rules and the other rules have changed on them. It's hard for a lot of Australians to feel sorry for people with half a billion dollars in their super fund or even the percentage of people with over three million dollars. The more I read about it, the more I learn is just the rich getting richer. A lot of people that could have self-funded their retirement are just becoming richer through this system. That begs the point, what is the purpose of super? Is it to improve the lives of Australians that otherwise wouldn't have saved for retirement? Or is it just making rich people richer?It's an interesting point to ponder. But
