Law and Narrative Are Inseparably Related
Law becomes not merely a system of rules to be observed, but a world in which we live. We all tell stories when we do legal work and if your council are going to cancel before a court, you tell a story to the courts. And why not judges? Regardless of the formal authority that is vested with any court. Also judges have an interest to tell a story which be convincing, which be persuaded to the audience that they address.
