Before vickie's mother died of cancer, she secretly gave brian 15 thousand dollars to give to her daughter. Brian had been keeping it all this time, so gave that to vickie, letting her assume it was dividends from the investment. In july he purchased a galvanized steel nipple pipe with threading at both ends and one end cap. It was six inches long and two inches wide. The kind of thing you use to make a pipe bomb. A pipe bomb is a crudely made explosive device using a tightly sealed section of metal pipe filled with an explosive material such as gunpowder.
