I've been writing about design now for Good Reif, probably five or six years. While I don't write one product based on one customer, over time I get a sense of what a lot of people in that audience are facing. And right now, I really shifted my business more to focus on designers. They don't have that kind of foundational knowledge and design to bring their work up to the quality level where they can unlock opportunities.
