Russian Mobilization Hits the Hardest
Russia has more people, and two, Russia doesn't care as much. And then three, Russia's a propaganda state. So there'll be as many deaths, Russian deaths as the Russian TV says there are. But Ukraine is so different; it cares greatly about its citizens. It needs to use that force very carefully in order to protect those lives.
