i think coming into the industry and coming into becoming a userer researcher, reading this book can prepare you in ways that other books cannot. Ah adi, what i really am proud of is that these are, ah, not anecdotes. They're stories. And all all people have a back story that you need to learn about to actually build up that empathyand there there was so much in there that made me think about how would i react in at sit situation.
