Sleep Deterioration

Sleep early in life may be an interesting bio marker, both of itself and how it will be resilient or vulnerable to deterioration overtime. What we do know is that perhaps the most remarkable changes in your sleep with age are in that domain of deep, slow wave sleep - stages three and four. By age 75 or 80, you're now down to about ten to five per cento slow wave sleep existing any more. We cauld all be delusiona about that individual hole.
