Losing Lean Body Mass Is a Good Thing

Some people do want to lose muscle mass and that's absolutely fine but from a health perspective again losing lots of lean body mass is probably not a good idea. The European I don't know society for obesity even recommends higher much higher intakes for you know people with higher body weight and higher body fat. But in these studies if you look at the the normative data for the subjects you might you know 100 kilograms well a hundred times 1.5 is 150 grams of protein which is an insanely far cry from this 60 grams of protein that's been recommended in this interview it makes no sense.
