Is There a Sensational Datum?

There's always some sense datum about which the proposition in question is a proposition. The only time we could really say we only perceive sense data is when we just don't know what the thing is at all. Some philosophers have used the idea of sense data that there could be some doubt as to whether they exist. In order to point out to the reader what sort of things I mean by sense data, I need only ask him to look at his own right hand. If he does this, he'll be able to pick out something with regard to which he will see that it is at first sight, a natural view to take.
