Diversity of Thought Is Crucial for Growth of Companies
Diversity of thought, which usually comes through diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and genders coming together, you just get more creative ideas. And to me, it makes us better business pertent. From a growth perspective for the future, i think it's critical. Through coid or work from home permanently, we are not asking our employes to come back to work at all if they are much more comfortable and choose to work from home. Its just going to strengthen us in everything we're trying to do.
