How to Control Jaw Tension
Tension originates in our belly, and all of that would go down to that place. When you take a deep breath, you fill your lungs and your abdomen goes out. Your shoulders shouldn't move when you're taking a proper deep breath. And so when you're extending your shoulders during breathing, that tension rolls up your neck and up through your jaw. The easiest thing we find we can consciously control is our breathing.
