The State Bar Needs to Be Active in Jury Trials
The state bar needs to be one of the most active participants in jury trials. Jury trials used to be a very common thing and there's just not as many as there used to be. There are a number of reasons for that but I would like to look and examine that question. Maybe it's a good thing, I don't think it's a bad thing."
