What Stories Are in Service of Life?
I think so much of the triggers and the pain that we feel is just fueled by narratives. And, you know, narratives create our rea ity. So one of the techniques that i teach people,. which jus dropp the story line, connect with the underlying energy of what we're actually feeling and playing with that a little bit. I had a deep experience around this with jealousy and arousal, where i was really jealous, and i dropped the story line and tapped into the raw cor energy. This is just one heart beat away rom pure arousal.
