As a student, what do you think was the cultios aspect of that experience? And now, as anaaty, what is the cultious aspect to that experience? Adjuncts are just, you know, treated so poorly. It's like, i teach everything that nobody else wants to teach, and then make less moneys. Everybody elseanpucked op. The best professors always, i think, are the ones who are being paid less. Like for me, teaching is one of my many jobs. You know, they spread you so thin. it's really hard to give students the kind of attention that you want to give them. My main thing was greed
