"I was always worried about in perceived as ungrateful, or like that i needed the job more than they needed me," she says. "Even if it doesn't feel like it, you are in a position of power where you are their top choice." 'You already know that they like you, so, like, do it and hire,' he adds. "'Going back to the table and finding a new top choice is a pain in the as huge pan the ass' I've had pushback probably twice from people who were very aggressive in wanting more,'" her story ends.
