Are We More Effective When We Just Simplify It?
Parents can be more effective if they don't add in shame and blame the emotion. What happens is the kid that the consequences what does the teaching right not the frustration or the energy of the parent. How you feel about it's irrelevant to tell you the truth. Because it's not your problem you're not the one that chose to be late. It's a total distraction. Now it's now my problem because I'm the one worked up about decision you made.
