Chat GPT - Robotics Is Super Hard
The idea of embodiment basically robotics is super hard or anything that has to touch real world sensors. And it seems what chat GPT has shown us is if we can stay in the abstract world of text, we actually have like magic powers even today in 2022, 2023. So maybe it goes back to that point of the real world and robotics just turning out to be the really hard stuff. The animal intelligence being super hard and the abstract thought that we used to think we made us so special is turned out to be maybe way easier.
