RTE's Ferrago Deception
We still don't know how it was that a public institution managed to convey very misleading information about its star presenter year after year after year. It seems to me that RTE were engaged in an attempt to deceive. That's what all this was about. And the intent was to deceive the public, the erochtus, or the people in RTE maybe? I don't know, about the level of his pay. The political reaction to it and the reaction from staff and RTE, et cetera, wasn't favorable. Was it a bit of an own goal? I wonder.
