"In just the last several years I've gone from being on large product teams where there was maybe a 10 percent female representation to now it being 50-50 so it does feel like there's a little bit of a shift happening in this area," she says. "I can't speak to all women to necessarily know if we're gravitating towards it but that's you know potentially a coincidence."
