Decision Theory or Decision Theory?

There is no way of assigning probability to the likelihood of a particular decision turning out to be good or not, because people make choices and create knowledge. People are creative entities. We are not mindless calculators. And as for moving outside of the casino, wellin case you're far removed from anything that is probablistic, things happen or they don't happen. The conclusions ar drawing claims i make are independent of the particular version of the theory.
