Using Reducer and Mammo to Reduce the Overhead of Component Functions
With use reducer, you actually provide two, two perimeters, the initial value, but also reducer function. Use memmo lets you use difing to reduce the overhead of computing the vidom within a component function. And yus memma only has a single return value, because there's no setter or anything like that.
