How Do You Build a Recurring Business?
When i started this business, it was a transaction business in a way that, yes, we had this community where people are pad off and they are constantly engaging with us. But the business model was very transaction. If you want to pay for a course, then you enroll, and then if you want to take another one, then you have to come back, we think, and do it. So there wasn't really an easy path for continuous learning, for for recurring revenue, i would say.
