The North Crimean canal that supplies the water to Ukraine can be targeted by your artillery on the western bank. The Russians blew up that dam that was put in place once they captured that territory in February and March. But is it possible to destroy that canal with artillery right now from the western bank or now? No, it is impossible and it doesn't make any sense.
