If you had told me going into goosebumps that the guy who found the emotional story... Emotional but so funny. That honored what people liked about a property but also took enough liberties and did a little different stuff to get you to a functional movie. I probably would have come in with my expectations too high actually. Also recognize that this movie was the training wheels that Rob Letterman needed to make Detective Pikachu. He attached to like a sequel to Detective Pikachu or do we know about that?
