Gideon's Story in Judges
Gideon accuses the Lord of flat abandoning them. He asks, where are all your past wonders? And then he finishes off by saying, you have handed us over to the hand of our enemy. It's kind of a litany of complaint and lack. I don't like when Moses encountered. I've got a stuttering tongue. Please, please send somebody else. God doesn't engage him on the questions that he asks. He basically continues on with the plan and says, go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian's hand.
