What Are the Meetings That Matter the Most?
The idea of rhythms and rituals so you know regular meetings reviews the things that you do that are uniquely you as a team. Does every meeting invite for example have to have a single sentence that describes the purpose of that meeting? I think obviously it goes beyond meetings it might go into things like one to ones, career conversations or walk and talks. What would make you proud of meetings what would make you think oh I'm really looking forward to that moment in a day is something we're experimenting with now.
