Is the Stock Market in Russia a Good Source of Value?

Russia has a major demographic problem. Like many countries that we're from, russia's population is shrinking. And those roubles have massively valued compared to other things. So you can't even get your roubles out of the bank in that situation. What about hard assets? Real estate is something that money people would think would protect them. But it's still not great in the current environment, at least in the short term.
