CNN reported that the Biden administration has been fielding a request from Ukraine for cluster bombs. The report did say that there are congressional restrictions on transferring the cluster bombs, but President Biden could override them. But when it comes to arming Ukraine, you know, everybody is on board with just sending them whatever.
