Lan musk: If something can be tested, and then you could say to yourself, well did that did whatever we do really affect my second amendment rights? He says he doesn't think it's a good idea or a bad idea to have background checks no matter where you get your gun. But if the test was just for more restrictions on who can get a gun in the first place, but only if you've got a mental problem or so,  that 'uld still be worth doing, don't you think? Would you feel that if if that kind of a policy worked out well enough on the data that that would be a restriction on your second amendment? Lan musk
