There have been quite a few studies looking at this particular topic, including one from our buddy, grant tinsley and colleagues. The six gram per day group had more favorable recovery when looking at things like vertical jumps, soreness, also some blood bio markers of muscle damage. So generally speaking, it does look like there's some pretty strong evidence here that fish oil supplementation can facilitate recovery from, you know, unaccustomed exercise.
