How to Screen a Comedy or a Drama
Ted Danson: Test screening can be helpful, but it shouldn't be a hammer. He says comedies need to screen if 400 people aren't laughing and dramas are different. The first magic mic tested in the 60s, like a 63, which is not a good score. And so, you know, all three oceans films tested identically.
