What's the Worst Thing About Being Close Friends?
It's one thing to like be friendly and get along with the people you work with. I think that's the goal everybody wants to like not hate their colleagues. But once you become close enough and like cross a certain boundary, it breeds a culture of constantly complaining about what you'd rather be doing. It becomes that culture of like coaching people to leave. And then what happens too is like once the first person leaves they're all going to go. Everybody else is resentful because they miss their friend,. So it's actually like the worst thing.
