Nature Journaling: A Life of Inspiration

I was born in Vermont, surrounded by tall mountains and beautiful valleys filled with farms. The smell of cows was one of the first smells of my childhood. I remember it being daily, whether or not it was, but we were outside a lot. My mom was a third generation artist. Her mom and her great grandparents had all passed away by the time I was a child. So the art was right around me right from the beginning. Later in life with nature journaling helped me kind of overcome that and realize I just could put some marks and some paint on paper. And that was considered successful.
