The Evolution of the Milky Way Galaxy

There are over 900 intelligent life forms living in their different societies and populations across the solar system to date and counting. We have barely had a fraction of the ability to scout and explore you know every part of the galaxy as much as we know. There are many places that are off limits as it were because of other intelligent species who hold them as territories. This could be the best explanation for what is exactly going on on a galactic scale in the Milky Way galaxy in relation to Earth.
