What they are how they work maybe how we could use them yeah so I think that when people read lots of material in the space of behavioral economics behavioral psychology looks like thinking fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman for example. We get the sense that once we know about the bias we won't do it, Gail says. So there are actually things we have to start putting in place in order to make sure that we don't fall back into these biases that are just very innate to us.
