How to Be More Compassionate in a Meeting

Jesse: I've made a pretty classic mistake which is like it's so life-changing that I've like oh my brothers and this and like I want to yeah totally. The stuff that Dave did that was really effective for me was the little stuff. He had me write down you know three things on index cards be be empathetic, inspirational or learning oriented. Jesse: Once I started believing the little stuff then I started believe the bigger stuff if that kind of makes sense.
