What Is the Concept of Decentralization?
Before mass media, institutions and organizations were necessarily decentralized because they couldn't communicate that fast. As connections got better, with the telegraph, especially television, then it got like, a line, like th right? Constraint. You had this phenomena was playing arout all over the world. The ideas objet that are favored today, as they were in the past, are decentralized things that essentially assume a different status r a different balance of technology, balance of power. It may turn out that every ideology has always been around for all time. But what is ong ange is what is technologically feasible.
