Is There a Power in Charisma?

I think there's an advantage narratively in being counterintuitive so like when you're sitting down with a room full of like 16 to 19 year olds yeah how do you actually logistically sort through like what is just like literal signaling within the universe. I came to see applications as one like fruit they wrought fast and two it's just as time slice where I have no idea who this person is and the things that matter the character traits I can't evaluate so we changed our system to try to evaluate people over time. We implemented things like little 1k grants you know go build this and that was take a month or two at least that gives us some sense of what it's like to
