Is It a Market Failure?
Once they're developed, vaccines are so cheap to administer. And yet much of medical research and invention is done by companies who need a revenue stream. So it like it's a real market failure that in this circumstance. One of the challenges here is that there may be too big a market for this,. How do we make sure there's access for developing countries?
