The Importance of Timing

Once they've gotten further into interacting with your product or service, then that's where you probably would ask for the microfeedback. And you get to context as well. So you could even present them backwards here. Did you notice this particular bit on the start page? Or earlier in your shopping experience, there was this particular, you could maybe ask for feedback about a particular design element in their experience. But you then ask what they thought about that. One thing I like also about the text message is that, I mean, you're texting someone, you have their phone number. If they gave a really bad response or a bad grade for you, then you can call them up.
