Growth Mindset - Isn't That Sexy?

Carol Dweck came up with the phrase "growth mindset" to describe an idea or a theory. Angela Davis: As a non-academic who's read a lot of academic work, I am so appreciative when someone has come up with a phrase that makes the lay brain really get it. She says there are many brilliant people out there doing research and they want to communicate their findings but don't know where to start.
