Underneath is the ability to say, wait, what is that feeling? Do i need to feel that now? Can i set that aside and feel it latern and wait. I'm letting what this person would want me to do get in too much. That's hypnosis, empowering people to think for themselvesd and make their own decisions for their lives. And finally, it's person centered. It is based on, i won't know how to respond to you until i watch what you doye. So that's hypnosis to me.
