Contribution to React Native Libraries?
Out of 1800 developers, 36% have ever contributed to a React Native library. So this gives me that slight suspicion it's rather this active React Native community survey than some sort of good representation of regular React Native developers. If you want to contribute but don't have the knowledge or any idea how to fix a particular back in the library, you can also spend some time polishing the issue description providing a good reproduction. These are all valid contributions to the open source and to the libraries that we're using to the whole landscape.
