What Are Your Goals for Personal Growth?

Ben: I play a lot of civilization too. RTS is real time strategy. Or is that what it is? Real time strategy. Oh, cool. That's like command and conquer and red alert and stuff. Yeah. And lastly, do you have like any, what are your goals? Like where do you see, you know, personal growth? Where are you aiming the next sort of stage of personal growth)? Ben: For me, like personal growth, like we're building a lot of systems internally. Just try to increase volumes, increase market share and just seek out edge wherever I can.
