The Rise of the Internal Developer Platform

embedded development now is getting complex enough to where it's like it's approaching, you know, how web development was a few years ago. And so you've got to start specializing within a team and dedicating someone at least part time, if it's a large enough team, maybe full time, to creating the environment that makes everyone else. The problem I have at the moment is that, and I talk about this idea called anti agile, anti agile is not anti in terms of against, it's what stops you being agile. It shouldn't be that way.
