Q1 is 12 minutes long and it's mandatory that they use medium tyres. Q2 10 minutes mandatory medium tyre again. Then the slowest five cars are eliminated. Big question here, despite the Mac Gallagher about this: Are they allowed to use two different medium tyres? Or do they have to use that same compound in Q2 as in Q1?
