How to Make Metrics a Verb

Idea 31 in your book is called lies, damn lies and metrics. Most organizations use metrics to kind of tell themselves that they're doing a good job. You don't put em in the organization to help yourself feel better. The reason you put metric into into the organization is to help gain insights and make change happen.
