I was going through some of Tukkankamoon's kit, some of his stuff and I found a blue that had been used like loads. So you could look at that and go, well, you obviously like blue. That was his thing. How fabulous. What a wonderful sort of view into a life. It's slightly off the topic of colour, but my sort of favourite thing that was found in Tooten Carmoons Tum was a faux leopard skin,. which was made out of linen and the leopard spots were appliqued on. They were sort of sewn on patches. The best sources of lapis lazuli were not conveniently located right outside Venice
