The Importance of Informing People About Shutdowns
Many times there is no public information about a shutdown out there. It's a way after another other machine judgement, thank-free shutdowns have only started occurring under the suspension rules as opposed to section 144. I think we're over 60 days of a complete internet shutdown there, which must be a very, very hard ordeal for the citizens in that place. And all of these and when we are having when there are so much at stake, you ought to be extremely careful while imposing an internet shutdown.
